What's Happening

Meet Me at Luke's is more than just a book; it’s a heartfelt stroll down memory lane through the enchanting world of Stars Hollow. With Kristine Eckart, the founder of the Gilmore Book Club, as your guide, you'll uncover a treasure trove of insights, touching anecdotes, and timeless life lessons that the show has imparted over the years. Registration Required.
Every Thursday in the Ham Room, from 10:00 am -12:00 pm come join's Caitlin's & Brenda's Game Club. This event is for adults with intellectual disabilities to get together and play board games, card games and/or work on jigsaw puzzles, etc. Each participant must be accompanied by a support person and may bring lunch if they choose.
Join Chef Christine Van Bloem from the Empty Nest Kitchen for an engaging cooking class that will elevate your Holiday meals! With over 20 years of culinary teaching experience, Christine empowers home chefs to find joy in cooking. Her contagious enthusiasm ensures you’ll leave with not just new skills but also confidence in crafting tasty Mediterranean dishes. Please register for the Zoom cooking class.

New Museum Passes

Exciting News!

Thanks to the Friends of the Conway Public Library, we now have new seasonal museum passes available for the Mount Washington Observatory, Mount Washington Cog Railway, and Mount Washington Auto Road. These passes are only available during June, and each has specific guidelines. We also have added White Mountain Museum & Gallery.

Join the New England Irish Harp Orchestra for an unforgettable musical experience! Immerse yourself in the enchanting sounds of traditional Irish music performed by a vibrant community that spans ages 20 to 80, all from New Hampshire and Massachusetts. For twenty years, our Orchestra has been captivating audiences across New England and Ireland, and we invite you to be part of this rich heritage.

The Friends of the Library hosted the New England Irish Harp Orchestra  in June 2024, and Valley Vision-TV3  captured the event for those who missed it.

The Friends of the Conway Public Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All of the proceeds from fundraising efforts of the Friends support the Conway Public Library.

The Library was recently awarded a $340,000 reimbursement grant from the Northern Borders Regional Commission (NBRC).
