Support For Caregivers Starts Here

Support for Caregivers Begins Here!

The Medicare GUIDE Program (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) is a comprehensive support program for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. It focuses on improving quality of life through care coordination, caregiver education, and connection to local services and resources. The program also helps reduce caregiver stress by offering guidance, ongoing support, and, for eligible participants, financial assistance for respite care.

Join us for an informative hour-long session designed specifically for caregivers. During this session, we will cover essential topics, including:

- **Adult Day Services:** Discover the range of services available for adults requiring supervision or assistance, and learn how these programs can benefit both caregivers and their loved ones.

- **Medicare Guidelines:** Gain a clearer understanding of Medicare options, including eligibility requirements, coverage details, and how to navigate the application process.

- **Funding for Qualified Participants:** Explore various funding opportunities and resources available to help cover the costs associated with caregiving and adult day services.

This session aims to equip caregivers with the knowledge and resources they need to provide the best care possible while also taking care of their own well-being. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and connect with other caregivers in the community!
