The Yukon Journey Expedition: Charity on the Water

In the summer of 2018, five canoeists and kayakers from three countries set out on an ambitious trip to paddle the Yukon River from source-to-sea, all while raising funds for North American first responders. The "Yukon Journey" team was led by former New Hampshire teacher John Van Barriger, and encountered numerous challenges, from harsh weather and hypothermia to health concerns and family emergencies. But these challenges were offset by incredible scenery, abundant wildlife, northern hospitality, and incredible paddling.

Halloween Costume Swap

All are invited to bring a costume and leave with another for free! This is a great way to recycle, save money and time, and enjoy something new to you. Costume donations are gratefully being accepted through the day of the event. Drop in between the hours of 1pm and 5 pm.

A Holiday Evening with Judy Pancoast

New Hampshire's own Grammy nominee, Judy Pancoast, will open the program by singing some of her original Christmas songs, and will then read to you from her brand new novel based on her hit song, "The House on Christmas Street." This is a program that will be enjoyed by everyone from teens to seniors. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.
