Meet three live creatures of the night with a Squam Lake Natural Science Center naturalist to learn surprising dertails of their adaptations, which make them well-suited for night life.

Health and fitness coach Jennifer Cote will teach teens and adults how to safely and effectively use light hand and body weights for muscle-toning and health. Learn skills over 4 sessions that will take guess-work out of how to stay fit from the comfort of home any time.
